Very good location within the heart of surfers paradise. The Ocean view 2-bed room apartment has an unobscured view of the ocean. Rooms were spacious however the kitchen and living room amenities needs a fresh-up. Overall very happy with the stay.

不錯 The Wifi in the hotel is terrible, the TV's in the rooms are 20 years old and desperately need to be refreshed. The lift situation is ridiculous, waiting 40 mins for a lift made the stay difficult.

Check-in was challenging, as the staff did not accept any form of digital ID or digital credit card. Even with a prepaid booking and a confirmation email, I was initially unable to get the room keys. After about an hour of providing proof of identity, the keys were finally issued, so I recommend bringing physical ID and credit cards. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and clean.

The location is outstanding in the views are to die for however the property is not consistent across the apartments and the level of quality you get. It’s getting tired and needs a refresh. Appliance is not working. Taps hard to turn on. The simple luxuries that you normally have at home anyway yet when you go away you pay five star price and you get three star return.
