Dirty hotel do not stay here staff is nice but got a bad room with a dirty bathroom and broken door only stay if you are broke

The room is outdated. Nasty service from frontdesk to housekeeping. The bathroom and kitchen is filthy with roaches. However the bed is okay but the lanai is dirty too.. with cigarette butts and empty beer cans. Not recommended at all

Location was great. No parking available, they charged you 51 dollars for valet parking to park only overnight. You have to pay an extra 35 days, plus the deposit, which is non-refundable. The property needs maintenance. A lot of holes in the hallway walls with exposed water pipes. Very noisy too. The place does look like the pictures. Ramada offers more for the same price after all the extra fees and valet parking.

Can't say what I want to say to leave a review. Tried 6 times kept getting denied to pist. Should tell you something

This hotel.. I’m usually not very picky but from the moment we arrived it looked super run down .. 1 elevator didn’t work, our room felt like it was a room in Rosarito MX. The staff was super nice and gave us all the towels we needed. Let’s just say this place looks good from far but far from good. 😭 Location: excellent walking to restaurants, loved the target and market across the street. Lots of noise at night, but good for families.

Found out the day we arrived that the air conditioning was not working. It was too late to find another room after flying and we were exhausted. They didn’t offer fans so I had to purchase two. Luckily, there was a target right across the street. Also we had a leak in our tub and had to kill a few bugs/roaches. The location alone was the saving grace. It is in the heart of Waikīkī, close to great shopping, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. I just wish they would have offered some type of compensation for the huge inconvenience of no a/c

This was a terrible experience. After a long day at the beach, me and my 11 year old daughter were in bed falling asleep when we felt stuff crawling on us. We realized there were soooo many BED BUGS on the bed. I was bit a couple of times, and had marking to show for it. I went downstairs and showed the staff, they did move me to a different room where I did not see bed bugs anymore but the mini fridge wasn’t working properly and the door needed to be slammed to close correctly. There is no parking in the area, so you need to pay the $50 per day valet parking if you have a vehicle with you. The elevators weren’t working so we needed to all share the service elevator, they don’t service the elevators regularly, so they were constantly wet with pool water and DOG PEE ! Yup we saw a couple of dogs pee in there a few times.

Immediately after checking in, we checked out due to roach infestation. We weren’t even refunded even though we stayed the night at a different hotel.

It was a nightmare and a very bad one
