Amazing breakfast service, and staff was super kind! They even helped us with arranging our bag transfer to our next hotel

Exceeded expectations

Staff, location, and rooms were absolutely amazing! The views of the city were spectacular! Everything good and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

Was exactly as we required, clean, with a wonderful view (22nd floor) and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel and centrally located to grab a metro to anything. However it’s a bit of a business district and we arrived on a Sunday. No food facilities in the hotel after breakfast. Also our double room was a standard sized double bed, made to fit by being pushed against the wall so you could only get in/out on one side. Lovely hot strong shower.

Perfect for a one day stay for 3 people. We had 3 separate single beds which were adequate.

All meals native cuisine, with minimal western choices, all though more eateries within the area, area safe with beautiful parks and cherry trees, but i feel more a business centre than a tourist area,but plenty local train stations and underground.could benifit from the Airport limosine bus.

I did not use ea to earther laundry or breakfast on this property, I may use it next time.

Everything was good about this stay, room was clean, location so convenient and near the subway and restaurants, breakfast at the hotel was quite good and above all such a helpful staff !
