超讚 Amazing hotel! Best weve ever stayed at! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Restaurant staff could improve their customer service and speed a little especially when they are charging a non negotiable service fee. Other than that, no issues with anyone else. The bellboys deserve so much credit.
One thing to mention, we had to use 3 lifts to get to our top floor jucuzzi suite which was fine for us as were kinda young but may be uneasy for older people. Been to few different 5 star hotels in Thailand and this is definitely a 6 star compared to them.

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at The Senses for our honeymoon. The staff were incredible - so friendly and attentive which made our stay even better. We couldn’t recommend staying at this hotel enough - it was clean, the amenities were spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’d also like to give a special mention to Kratae who always had a smile on her face and was so kind and courteous. Thank you for everything, The Senses! Shanice and Josh (formerly of room 1211).
