Staff was kind

I’ve usually stayed in Benidorm when I go to Rio. The staff are wonderful and helpful. It is also conveniently located. They have made lots of improvement to the property and are still doing more. Perhaps the only thing that they can improve on is the quality of pillows in the room. Except for one, the rest of the pillows in my room are really firm/hard that it made sleeping difficult as they are uncomfortable on your head. Thankfully one of them is soft enough so I was able to use that on my head. I hope they address that. Otherwise my stay was been wonderful. That wasn’t the case last February when I stayed there as the pillows then were all soft.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and had help to carry my luggage to my room. Breakfast is amazing as well. Staff all friendly. 10/10.

Clean room good staff

Very nice hotel, really close to everything. But be aware that is a cheap hotel, for that reason thy want to charge you for everything.

El hotel aún está en renovación, lo que genera algunas dificultades con el ascensor y el aroma del ambiente.

We have a great three days at this hotel. The property is under renovation, si you can see some workers around. The room was super clean and the staff was very helpful. My only negative comment is about the WiFi, absolutely THE WORST!!! It maybe because the renovation, but the access points of the network are in the hallways and not inside the rooms. It was imposible to use any streaming service on the Smart TV or even have a voice call in WhatsApp without breakups.

Some bad smell at bedroom, new recicled style, 2 stars hotel with Good location, no sea front

This was a really nice hotel about a seven minute walk to Copacobana beach. This Hotel is frequented by Jews. So if you dont like their Obnoxious, self centered, Rude, Arrogant, & A sundry of more things attributed to these scourge of humanity this might not be your place to stay. That saying the Hotel is definitely a nice choice.
