What a amazing hotel and superior Service!

Highly recommended - unbearable location and views. Hotel staff were helpful and the rooms were unique. Fira was a great location to stay at too.

Talk about feeling at home! This place took great care of us like royalty! The room was extra clean and sanitized. The service was impecable. The amenities too notch and a view of paradise! Run here don’t walk! Special shout out to Simone our receptionist for going above and beyond in organization.

Great room. Everything was very clean. From the washroom, bed sheets, pool, all very well maintained. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast that was included was quite tasty. I will say you are in the heart of Fira, so you will hear music from the bars/restaurants till around 3-4am. Also keep in mind, since you are literally on the cliff, there are quite a few steps and steep stairs to get up. The view was absolutely breathtaking and would recommend this stay!

Excellent location and view. The room is exactly as the pictures and was kept clean. We had a problem where our very heavy bathroom door came off the hinge and cracked, then had no bathroom door the rest of our stay. The server at the restaurant was hard to communicate with and got our order wrong once. Reception staff is not always available. Nothing impacted our trip too much so it was fine. Also there is no private parking for this hotel, not sure why they say there is.

This its really a 5 🌟 hotel every thing was excelente from the moment we arrived at the airport help with the transfer to the hotel the suite the view the breakfast the people close to everything in the area. We were so happy and blessed for staying there. Thanks to the manager for everything God bless you

The location of On the Cliff is great with an amazing sunset view. It is close by to restaurants, bars, shops, and the bus station in Fira. You can arrange transport through the hotel as well as other excursions if you want. There are lots of steep stairs, 50 between where our room was and the restaurant/reception area. The hotel was nice to provide a porter to help with bags, which has to be carried from another street since the hotel is located on a pedestrian street only. It was relatively quiet even though located next to busy bars and restaurants. Our small jacuzzi didn’t seem to get hot at all, so we used it more like a pool. The door to our bathroom was broken by recent guests and hadn’t been repaired fully. We enjoyed eating the complementary breakfast with coffee but didn’t try the On the Cliff restaurant other than for breakfast.

Our family suite was very big! And the staff was very helpful and nice!
