I am from the USA and made a mistake booking. In February or March of 2026 I booked a room for ten days: 10-06-26 thru 20-06-26 (June) in error. I realized that I should have booked 10-07-26 thru 20-07-26 (July) when I sent the information to one of my German exchange students. I called the hotel, they informed me that even though the booking was months away, I had booked non refundable and they would not change the date. Expedia also said that since that was the hotel policy, they could not help. I had to rebook, but certainly will NEVER book anything with the RUBY name. I also made sure I informed my corporate office and asked that they pass to information to other offices as appropriate.

Everything great - location and amenities

Its a nice hotel, good location and friendly staff however you have to get used to glass toilets and showers 😅

I have stayed at several Ruby properties and have loved each one. Very clean, great staff, well maintained properties.

Very nice boutique hotel/bar with a flair . Nice clean rooms . Very nice comfortable bed. Close to Munich central train station . Breakfast was good but needs variety . Overall a great hotel to stay in . I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Great coffee bar at breakfast. The agents at the desk were always very helpful.

The staff was wonderful!! This was our first trip out of the US and the staff was so kind and helpful with any information we needed. Very delicious drinks too! Clean hotel and a great environment
