We stayed during a heat wave, so the AC's temperature limit didn't bring the temperature down to a comfortable level for us. We requested a portable fan, which the staff happily provided.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Jade! We were grateful for the impeccable service and helpfulness of the staff, the indulgent and delicious breakfast, the comfort and beauty of our rooms, and the convenience of the location to cafes, sights, and the Geneva airport. We hope to return soon!

Stayed 1 night here in May 2026. Location was good, within walking distance of train station, restaurants, and Lake Geneva.
Received email during stay that air conditioning wouldn’t be activated “from mid-May onwards” for environmental reasons. We stayed at the end of May and A/C was still not working. With temperatures of 30 C during the day, the room was quite warm at night.
It would have also been helpful to receive Geneva transport card prior to stay instead of after check-in so we could have used to cover the train ride from Geneva airport.

Beautiful rooms - much nicer than n’vy - but the elevator is insanely slow and top floor rooms are only accessible via long flights of stairs, which are stone and very hazardous to drag a suitcase up. Staff will not help.
