Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Convenient location-central to everything.

Serves the purpose of a place to stay, close to Clifton Hill. Was worth it for us at the low price of a slower day, but not worth the higher weekend rates. Not your destination if you're looking for something quiet or romantic. Definitely bring earplugs and an eye mask. Outside traffic stays loud late, and the sound of kids in the hall and doors slamming is not ideal. Plus the curtains don't fully block the sun. The pools are a nice feature, just wish they opened up a bit earlier. Parking is an additional fee but not bad for the area. Biggest complaint was the overwhelming smell of fryer grease when you enter the building. Really not what you'd expect for the price tier they're trying to claim they belong in.

Honestly I wish I could give this hotel a 0 stars this place is horrible and If you own a truck forget parking in the underground parking they do not warn you at all what vehicles can and can’t go in there got yelled at by the staff my room door would not lock so it was open for everyone to steal everything so we moved rooms just to find out the key card scanner doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in took us 1 hour each day of the trip to get into our hotel room not to mention none of the outlets worked and the manager refused to give the night for free considering we were dealing with this till 12am and we got there right at check in honestly gross and horrible place I will not ever be staying here btw check your doors they might not lock when you leave. Horrible experience save yourself time and money

My stay here was comfortable and without incident. Only issue was no bubble soap was allowed to be used in hot tub. Other than that its a good place to stay

I loved the balcony in this hotel .. you are right on the fun strip looking down at all the attractions and stores. It's lit up at night so it's so neat. This hotel is situated perfectly .. you can see the skylon tower and withing 15 minutes you can walk to the falls view casino .. 10 minute walk to casino Niagara .. located right on the strip within 2 minutes you can ride the skywheel and see it from the room . My son and I loved it!

Only thing I just liked was having to pay daily for parking. I feel like it should be included in the hotel stay especially when you’re spending $300 on one night.

All in all a very pleasant stay. Room clean, staff friendly and very helpful. This is a personal preference, but I found pillows were a bit too big and firm. It would be nice to have a choice between soft and firm. Other than that a very comfortable bed.
