Nice hotel with good amenities and within walking distance of downtown, restaurants and harbour.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our requests. The pool and hot tub were clean and at the perfect temperature.

ICE WAS ONLY AVAILABLE ON TWO OF THE 18 FLOORS. THAT WAS INCONVENIENT.

Professional and helpful staff made our staying a warm and enjoyable trip.

Exceptional service, great food, beautiful views, roomy comfortable suite and close to ferry

Always enjoys ourselves at Chateau Victoria Love their suites with a separate bedroom Very nice hotel and always quiet at night Great staff, always there ready to help Great charging station for EV Great location Very close to great restaurant and shopping and pubs and museum and parliament buildings

Great location

Suite was a generous size, comfortable, clean, and very helpful and friendly staff.

The staff were excellent! The rooms were lovely & spacious and the location was great.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen- bigger than my first place in SF. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym, and it was close to everything we wanted to do and see in Victoria.
