I will definitely stay at this property again I found me here and got the chance to sleep and breathe for myself

Huynh at the front desk of Level was helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. She was right about my room having a great view. I almost changed room base on their rendering on the map. She kept reassuring me that the view is very good. I'm glad i didn't change room, end up with a great stay. Good to see someone (Huynh) who knows the product they are selling.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were wonderful and helpful. We loved the accommodations and amenities that the property has to offer.

Everything was impeccable, staff were super friendly, property was immaculate. Lots of great dining options, i really like it because it has a kids center for my 20 month old.

We had a pleasant stay at Melia Villa overall. The staff at the Residence Suite was excellent — very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. They truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. However, due to the low number of Villa guests during our stay, the Villa breakfast area was closed. As a result, all guests had to use the main breakfast area, which became very crowded and less relaxing than expected. While we understand the operational decision, it did affect the overall breakfast experience. That said, the service from the staff remained outstanding, and we still enjoyed our stay.

Ocean view, private beachfront, great pool, staffs are professional. A+ excellent service as 5***** stars hotel resort.

This is the most amazing place to stay! Everything is so beautifully done, from the grounds and rooms through to the restaurants and activities. Staff were an absolute highlight and their hospitality went to the next level while they ensured we had an amazing stay. Will definitely be back!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The breakfast buffet to the pools and farm was great. There are a few points in which there could be improvement. I was infected by the Paederus beetle. The nurse came and helped me, but he didn’t have a disposable ice pack to help with the burning, nor did he have any bandages to cover it up to prevent infection. The room because we were on the beach could have been set to a cooler temperature, but it wasn’t an option so I was warm the entire time I was there.
