Location, amenities, very helpful staff

A super property right in the middle of Milan. What an experience. Our balcony was INCREDIBLE!! The staff were super meeting every need and even ensuring that our health issues were not going to be a problem the moment we got there. EVERY NEED, EVERY REQUEST was met with joy, enthusiasm and professionalism. Pre arrival questions were all handled professionally and promptly

We had an amazing stay and could not have been more impressed with the level of service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and stress-free. They assisted with our luggage both upon arrival and at checkout, and even arranged a taxi for us when it was time to leave. What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service after we had already checked out. I accidentally left a bag at the hotel, and the staff kindly arranged to have it sent to the train station so I could retrieve it before departing. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the team were outstanding. Impeccable service from start to finish. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators.

Excellent central localisation for this boutique hôtel. Some rooms have a view inside the Galleria! If you appreciate high ceilings and unusual places, go for it! Second stay, I will return!

The staff was few

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. No refrigerator in the room or water. It was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep due to the noise at night and early in the morning. Location is central.

The property was amazing! Great location to activities and subway. Great customer service and very nice rooms. The only downside is their heat and AC is on a calendar. So a warm stay like mine the AC wasn't on and the heat was horrible. Nothing could be done. But they accommodated with fans and extra water bottles.

Hotel was amazing, clean, spacious, and service was great. They were prompt with tending to my needs and accommodation request.
