The room was nice, comfy beds and great pillows. Very nice staff. Breakfast was great.

Great hotel, nice rooms, bar and staff is helpful and professional. The breakfast was also great adding to its prime location walkable everywhere in central Köln.

The hotel staff, including the breakfast area, was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is really good, but I would suggest having some cakes, the only thing was missing for my taste. the rest, it is fantastic.

Standard cooperate hotel. Rooms reasonable size and comfortable beds. Decor rather dated… everything felt a bit dark. Breakfast was fine.

My wife spotted this hotel - it was a the same price as a couple I had seen, but the reviews were better and it didn't disappoint. Super breakfast, helpful staff, air-conditioned, well maintained and a great location just a 15 minute walk fro the station / cathedral. We saw the hotels I had identified on-line which were on top of busy roads, and we were so pleased we stayed here.

Great hotel, breakfast was superb!

Booked a room for 3 nights. Once arrived in reception, I was told there were no rooms available as the hotel was overbooked. The hotel didn't communicate anything to me, nobody bothered to arrange an alternative accomodation in advance, I was just left waiting in the reception area. The worst detail is the receptionist had full awareness of the problem much earlier in the day, apparently she was just hoping in a no show. After 1 hour I just booked a room elsewhere, very bad service and planning skills. I still don't understand how my reservation was confirmed, whatever computer system should be able to flag overbooking issues in 2026.
