Every staff member we encountered were pleasant and eager to ensure our stay was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was outstanding, and breakfast was fabulous. 5 stars!

The upgraded sea view room was spacious, great view of the beach and Bluewater Island/ Ain Dubai. There were no toiletries provided which was poor for a so called 5 star hotel. The lifts take forever, only three lifts in the entire hotel, expect long waits daily just to get up and down from your room. Pool area very dated, I would say the hotel is only a 3 star compared to other 5 stars ive stayed in within Dubai. I have experience of travelling here since the 2000s. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, evening meal was poor, limited choices usually roast chicken and beef stew not many other meat dishes, but more lentils and veggie options. This could be due to being out of the main season to be fair, but wont be coming back. Ok hotel, you pay for the location and views, just dont expect great variety of food, gym is great. You could get much better options for the same money. Good amount of supermarkets and food areas nearby as youre on the main JBR strip, well just across the road.

Everything was great about this hotel, but service was genuinely really really really bad, they would take so long to organize a room before check in even during eid they have bad management when this is common during holidays they should know during holidays theres high demand, whenever we ask for something from room service they would take 2-3 hours to bring something, other than that theres a beach kit which is 25 dhs for an umbrella to use at the beach, this shouldn't be chargeable, this should be included with the price of the room. food was alright, limited options for lunch, breakfast is good, dinner is fine too but they should definitely add more cuisines than the "typical" ones.

Hi Just wanted you to know that you have a serious issue with the elevator It’s our sixth time in Dubai, first time staying at your hotel we were planning another trip in August with a group of friends but sadly I don’t think we are going to recommend staying at this hotel Each time we wanted to leave the room we had to wait a very long time for the elevator and we would usually end up using the stairs Mind you I’m pregnant in the third trimester so it’s not the most convenient Now as we our stay is over and we had luggage with us we had to wait for the elevator for more than half an hour although we had contacted the lobby for help but didn’t receive any

The hotel itself was great. Room and amenities very good. However, my credit card was charged for the room cost even though I had already prepaid on Expedia. I queried this and was told it was a mistake and would be refunded. Still waiting after 2 weeks. Hotel state they have refunded it, bank categorically state that they have not refunded it. Most worrying part is that I never left my credit card details with the hotel. I paid the resort tax via contactless payment so the hotel have somehow obtained my details from that.

Hotel was good standard. Rooms lovely. Pool area a little tired.
