Beautiful place to stay

Staff was very friendly and the restaurant food was great and affordable.

Good for short stay

The resort was clean. The pool was fun and clean

When checking in the person checking us in did not speck English well. The system was down so she was having trouble checking us in because she did not understand what to do. Then we was sent to a villa with a key. When we got there someone else was already in the villa. We had to go back to check in to get a different villa and after an hour we finally got another key for a different villa. The villa could needed somethings fixed shower head leaking, mattress on pull out couch was shot,it was in need to be replaced. Dirt was accumulating in corners.

amazing resort with everything you could possibly want. Only negative thing is at check in they try to schedule you for a timeshare presentation and they put a lot of pressure in their push for you to schedule.

Amazing location and property so much to do

Property was way too big doesn’t it display and the description, the staff was rude and unaccountable, and nothing was told to you before you wanted to do anything and there’s no Maps hard to find anything

There was no WiFi. The hotel front desk never answered the phone. Forget getting help for anything. They charge for tubes for their lazy river. The charge for any amenities on site. Just a terrible resort overall.

We like that the rooms were spacious and clean for the most part. We did find a roach in the bathroom but other than that it was pretty clean. We didn't like that we had to pay for the tubes per day to go on the lazy river and it yiu find empty tubes or someone gives you one you have to return it because you need to have wristbands like who does that? You also have to pay per day for for the minigolf! Also the food is pretty expensive. This is an actual time share place and they kinda harass you to do a time share presentation which we were not planning on doing. The WiFi is poor and didn't work the first night. The pool was nice and the water was warm, a little too warm for this Florida weather.
