Only downside is the elevators are super slow. I also would have liked to go to the roof top to enjoy the view without going to brunch on a Sunday. My kid was not of drinking age and not allowed up.
The property is in a great location. Far enough from the chaos but close enough to walk to it. Very nice staff. Rooms could have better lighting

It was a good location, near Central Station. Clean just what we need it for 2 day stay in NY.

Great experience and good location if you don’t want to be right at the center of action. A little quieter.

I'm a woman traveling with my daughter. One evening, we had a knock on the door and before we could get to the door, two male staff members tried to get in with a keycard. Good thing I had the swing bar lock in place to stop them. They apologized and thought the room was un-occupied. The whole experience was somewhat nerve wracking.

Check in was seamless at 3:50 p.m.
The room did not have a remote for the TV or a luggage rack, and it took about 20-25 minutes to sort that.
The bathroom sink did not drain properly.
The staff was nice.

很好 The check-in process we efficient and the staff were polite. The room was a decent size, especially for New York City. The location was convenient to midtown and the 6 line and Grand Central
