Great location some nice restaurants in the area

The room was beautiful, room was clean, building was clean, staff was excellent, Only wish there was a small restaurant or cafe in the building for breakfast. This was one of my favorite hotels in Europe, loved the retro elevator. Would definitely go back.

Safe and secure property. Although there is no front desk staff 24/7. They do leave very easy to follow directions during after hours. Location is closer to Vatican City, but never the less a good, location. I’d stay there again

Beyond our expectations. Only needed a place for one night, but will definitely do more next time. Location was wonderful and quiet. Although access to staff is limited is wasn’t a problem. Communication was great and help was available if/when needed .

We had a great stay. The room was clean, quiet, and the staff were very nice.

Everything was very nice with the exception of entry to the suites. The code on the main entry door didn't work and he took 10 minutes to get in. I was putting on the right choice and could hear the mechanism trying to unlock the door but it didn't. Finally, where calling the management office, they sent someone to help. While waiting, I know the code four of five times and it finally released the lock. I told the young man that showed up about it and he kind of shrugged it off saying "sometimes you have to enter the code a couple times". Had the people on the phone said that, it would have helped. They seemed to keep implying I was using the wrong code and wanted a picture of the door but couldn't receive a text. It was just a frustrating prices adjust a long train ride from Sorrento. Replace the dang code box if it didn't work consistently! That's the only reason I have 4 what's vs 5. The room was great. Very clean, nice bed, nice view, a mini fridge, etc.

We spent 6 days here while visiting Rome, and we could not be happier with our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with daily housekeeping. The AC was wonderful. The bathroom was very modern, and this may have been the hottest shower I have ever enjoyed. The staff was courteous and professional. There are only 6 rooms and very homey. The building has a 1920s style elevator which was a fun ride. The front desk has limited hours open, so you get a key to the big doors at street level, and a code for third floor lobby. We felt very safe at all times. We walked to neighborhood restaurants, a grocery, and a bakery. Taxi service was easy through the Freenow app. For the price, it is the perfect place to stay. In a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything in the ancient part of the city. Enjoy!
