The service standards and food quality has diminished over time. One receptionist was excellent, the rest were not helpful at all. One manager was rude and offered no respect to his guests. On the first morning of our stay we arrived at the breakfast area between 8:30 and 9:00am and the food had finished! There were a number of us who waited to be served and eventually the food was replenished but the range and quantity was well below standard. We have stayed at the Onomo a significant number of times over the years but it will now be the hotel of last resort.

The property was very good for the price and the food was very good as well 🙌😎

The staff was friendly and helpful . The hotel provided a free airport schedule. and the breakfast buffet was good

The hotel did not respond to multiple messages to arrange airport pickup.

The staff at the bar the first days was really not nice and forced us to eat the buffet instead of ordering from the menu (which is possible because we could the next days) And the last day we couldnt get a late checkout even paid, while the hotel wasnt full

Not worth the money, the property was licking water from outside

Malgré un staff sympathique, cet établissement souffre, surtout au niveau des chambres, d'un manque criant de maintenance et d'entretien : évier bouché, porte-serviette cassé, porte-savon cassé, douche débordant dans la chambre, literie approximative, coffre-fort hors-service...
