The hotel was very well maintained..
It’s a signature of Saigon. Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the river cruise and the markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .

Majestic hotel is very much art deco however dated hotel and require modernisation of all bedrooms. 4 star hotel.
Bed kept on moving and we noticed it had wheels which brakes weren’t turned on!
No external windows on our bedrooms.
Gym was small, pool is small, no steam or sauna.
Staff were helpful and lobby was beautifully maintained.
Breakfast was limited in options and flys around the fresh fruit area.

The location is super! The staff are amazing, polite and very helpful. We had an issue with our bathtub and as soon as we reported that they moved us to a luxurious suite loaded with many amenities including a foot massage chair and a jacuzzi bath in the suite. Surely will come back.
