Good price for a one night stop over. The hotel was quiet with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately we lost power to the room because we used the microwave and a kettle in the same power point. The owner later asked if we had read the sign, but we missed it as it was not entirely obvious. Bathroom only had shampoo in the shower and conditioner on the hand basin. Nothing else. Very basic, but comfortable. Biscuits and milk were provided to have with a cuppa. Ironing board was rickety and prone to collapse.

Simple, basic rooms. OK facilities but is looking pretty tired.

During my two night stay at Admiralty Inn I found the Staff friendly, welcoming and very professional. The room in which I stayed was clean with suitable amenities. And the off street parking was both well lit and adequately secure.

Best place to stay if you are going to the AFL, a nice close walk to the ground. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is really nice and comfortable.

The room may have been tidy, but everything else was a disaster. The entire place is trapped in the 1970s — and not in a charming retro way. It’s old, worn out, and screaming for a complete overhaul. One curtain looked like moths had been living in it, the shower screen was covered in mildew, and the whole room reeked of damp, stale air. It was genuinely unpleasant. I will never stay here again. And if Wotif can’t get their ratings and reviews to reflect the real condition of properties like this, then I’m done with them too. The photos online are completely misleading and do not match reality in any way.

Budget friendly room in a motel. Clean and easy access if driving, walkable to public transport and shops. Motel was extremely noisy with car traffic noise, and noise made by other guests during stay. earplugs if you want a quiet sleep
