Large room , perfect aircon, the host Gary was very accommodating for any help and information required. The whole room was spotless and just felt like home.

The girl who was there when i first got there fantastic. The hotel is in a very good place and very cheap . You get what you pay for I always say . Would I stay there again YES .

Dead cockroach everywhere. Did not bother to clean and prepare the room upon our arrival. Bathroom dirty and sink. Hot water heater don't work.

Very large room for the price we paid, with a large sitting/dining room, perfect for packing our luggage. (Also a great location to take the free shuttle from nearby SM Mall to Clark airport!) Was initially disappointed to get the only room facing the road, but turns out the street is rather quiet at bedtime. Only gripe is that the floor had a squeaky soapy feeling.

I found this hotel acceptable considering it's a small hotel and inexpensive. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Hot shower is good.

Property has some age on it. But it is very rustic and charming. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. For the price it is more than fair. I had some ants in my bathroom,but that was a minor inconvenience. It is not the Bellagio so don’t expect that. It is a 25$ a night room. 5 minute walk to fields Ave. and 10 minutes to American Legion walking.

It is gated entry.

Great place for me close to everything I walked everywhere ac was cold and shower water was hot

Front desk operation not organaized because there is none! There are open smal sewage culvert outside the main door of the hotel.

Not really nice but i enjoyed the place.
