The hotel was nice, the staff were polite but the AC was broken and we let the front desk know and they said this is how it is supposed to work. We could not sleep all night, they came three times and every time they said this is their regulation to keep the room at a certain temperature and they said it is the same as the temperature in their lobby which was definitely not the case. On the second day, we contacted them to the fourth time and this time they sent the maintenance guy who said the filter had to be changed and he confirmed this is why the AC does not cool the room down. I also got an email a couple of weeks before our trip informing us that they have construction at the hotel, the level of noise was very disturbing. Will not return.

This is a very clean property (smells like a spa when you first walk in), excellent location within walking distance of main attractions, perfect for our family of four. My kids used the sofa bed, which worked out great, it had sliding doors to close off the rooms and a small kitchenette. Would definitely recommend!
