Front desk staff was amazing! Over the top helpful helping us plan our day trips. We stayed three nights, and loved it! Fabulous hotel, fantastic location!

Clean room, staff super friendly and breakfast was good as well.

The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful! The included breakfast was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable. I was a single traveler and i felt very safe and comfortable here.

The good: Staff were WONDERFUL and really into the spirit of the event I was attending. Everyone was so helpful and personable. Location is great! The hotel is beautiful and in general very well cared for. Has a great sauna down on the basement level, newly refurbished. There's a lovely bar in the lobby and it seemed to always be staffed, even late at night. The bad: Breakfast was kind of disappointing. It felt a bit bare-bones compared to other hotel breakfasts in Malmo. None of the hot food was particularly hot, and mostly cold by the time you reached your table. Lovely coffee and tea, but I never could find full-fat milk or cream (I resorted to putting in a dollop of whipped cream intended for the pancakes).

Lovely old building in decent if not perfect condition. Something went wrong with staffing at breakfast and there were no clean tables and no butter but presumably this does not normally happen. Would happily stay again.

Located on a plazza near shops, restaurants and landmarks, and a short walking distance from the central station. Room was pretty large with a well appointed bathroom. Staff is very friendly.

Yes. Good choice of wine.
