Offered breakfast with multiple options which was nice. Pool and hot tub area were closed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a great breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient for highway travelers, but not far from downtown Alexandria. The breakfast was excellent, with options well above the usual hotel breakfast buffet.

Comfy beds and decent price; it was a bit humid in general so had to keep ac lower than usual. Older hotel that could use some remodeling.

The bathroom was very clean however the remainder could use some extra effort. Breakfast was good. The linens could have been a bit better quality as they were a bit coarse like a good quality of burlap. Not really my type of decor. A good port in a storm. Nothing fancy.

We have stayed at this property in the past and this time it just seemed dirty. The swimming pool was broken. The gal at the front desk was less than friendly. I remember the breakfast being pretty good because they had fresh yogurt and that was still the case. And they have berries for the yogurt and they had some fresh fruit so the coffee and the breakfast was good. All in all, we won’t stay there again. We go to Alec frequently because we have family living there and we’ve stayed at the best Western a few times but we won’t stay again after this last time.

Our stay was mostly ok. Our room was really musty and the sheets felt damp so that was the worst part. Breakfast was pretty good.
