The hotel was great including the staff, breakfast and very close to the train

Staff was overall helpful.

Quiet, great air conditioning, very convenient for travel to Venice & other places in the Veneto. Surprisingly decent coffee places/ restaurants within 1/2 mile of hotel

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. Right across from the bus stop for a 20 minute ride to Venice. Very convenient.

The train station was across the street so it was really convenient to Venice. The front desk staff was super helpful to us!!

Location was great very close to the train station, shops and restaurants Breakfast was satisfying with lots of selections The check in was smooth, the Front desk staff was able to helpus disposed the broken luggage. Only I was disappointed with the hotel's handling of a simple guest request. One evening, my husband went to the lobby to fill our water container with drinking water. We only needed about two cups of water, but the evening front desk staff refused and told him that the water was for everyone and that we should instead get water from the bathroom tap. In my opinion, this is not the way hotel guests should be treated. Providing a small amount of drinking water is a basic courtesy and an important part of good hospitality. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed with the level of customer service. I hope management reviews this policy and ensures that guests are treated with more consideration in the future.

it was very easy to travel by bus to Venice from the hotel and there were good restaurants in the area.
