Just a really good hotel, very well run and great value for the locaty

Very good, and my room was even quiet while ch was amazing considering how close to Times Square. Really good well run hotel .

We love this hotel and the location and the room and the incredible shower. Stayed here before and will come again The only downside is the street noise. It is difficult to sleep but that is the trade off for the wonderful location

Would definitely recommend

Lovely boutique hotel! We had one of the 6 rooms with a balcony (on the 15th floor) and we found the room we will be reserving in NYC forevermore. It's not totally perfect, but the people there are amazing, and the amenities are outstanding. The staff are EXCELLENT. We've stayed in lots of hotels, and this was hands down the best one we've ever experienced. Photos shared are from the balcony view.

Great hotel, great location, friendly staff! Very clean.

I

Have stayed here before and recently booked again, and it was consistently a good experience. Clean room, helpful staff.

Hotel is in a great location, close to all the action of Times Square, but off the main street so you get a little peace and quiet when you want some down time. Staff is very helpful and friendly, appreciate you being their customer. Everything you can need within walking distance of the hotel, subway is close, Rooms are clean, good size, great water pressure in the shower, fully functional A/C, has a fitness center, and a nice, cozy restaurant.

The Muse New York is a very lovely boutique-ish hotel just off of time square and right in the middle of broadway shows, MSG and any restaurant you could want.
