Excellent hotel, great staff, in fabulous position. Good sized room (for London!!!).

Lovely hotel in an excellent location just off the Strand and a few minute walk to Covent Garden. Very comfortable bed, powerful shower and useful little kitchen hidden away in a wardrobe, with a Britta filter water tap - a great extra touch. I will stay here again

Rooms small as in any central hotel but well designed for short or even medium length stay with drawer and hanging space and even for empty luggage. Very clean looks almost new. Staff very helpful and friendly with restaurant suggestions. Air conditioning worked very well despite the heat wave. Great value.

We stayed 3 nights here and it was our most expensive hotel for our 10-day travels. Rooms were $575 a night, so would think there would be amenities or some nicer aesthetics. No lobby just a check in desk. Very narrow hallways and tiny lift. Rooms were so small and looked out on busy street and Burger King. Staff was incredibly friendly though. Bed was not comfortable, towels were rough and bathroom was tight.good location but not worth the hefty price tag.

10 out of 10. Hotel was exceptional. The perfect place in London. Everything was very walkable. Hotel had everything you need and the staff was absolutely exceptional.

A wonderful find with lovely staff.

Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, best of all for public commute, street is just a walk away. You can also walk to some historical landmarks fr hotel. The staff is amazing! The bathroom is spacious and clean, same with the room, very seldom to find in Eu. Comfortable stay all in all. Love this hotel! Oh and they provide umbrellas for the rainy weather in London.
