I was able to park my car in the garage before checking in since I was in town too early for checking in. I didn’t like that we had to check out by noon. If so, then we should be able to check in around 1pm. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception were very nice. Breakfast was good.

Staff was very helpful. We had to drive around the block a few times to find a place to park. Then we had to walk around the block to check in, then walk back to our vehicle. Had to walk back around with our luggage. Once we could enter the parking garage it was convenient.

Great for families. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean property and very helpful staff. Not the greatest area to be in but the hotel is excellent for its type.

As always everything was GREAT! Hotel ambassador Charles (Chuck) as always the best host. The staff is amazing, super friendly and they always make you feel at home. Great hotel, very comfortable, clean spacious room, near the UChicago Campus, new Obama center and local restaurants. Breakfast nice and fresh. It remains my top choice in Chicago for several years. Thank you all ❤️

Clean open areas like the elevators! Everything else is excellent! Staff is as good or better than found in 5-star hotels! Keep up the great work.

The room was nice, breakfast was good, the only thing to know is the pool is very small and if you want to use it you have to reserve it.

The room was very clean and our maids came every day to clean, restock towels,toilet paper and make our beds. The pool was old but private because you reserved your time in there so that was a plus. The staff was awesome, kind and helpful. The breakfast was awesome too. All Made fresh every day and they even mixed it up with variety. Some days it was eggs bacon and French toast and other days it was eggs sausage and pancakes. The French toast sticks were my favorite. They had several drinks and other staples to choose from like fresh yogurt and oatmeal with a variety of fresh toppings. Waffles were an option every day. The dining area was nice and large enough to accommodate the crowds.
