Stayed here one night for a business trip. While using the bathroom, I pulled a tissue from the tissue box — and a cockroach came out with it. Given where it was, this wasn't a one-off sighting; it had clearly been living inside the tissue box, which means housekeeping and pest control had completely missed it. I reported this to the manager on duty, who assured me it would be handled. I followed up afterward to check on the situation, but never received a single reply. No update, no acknowledgment — just silence. For a hotel accommodating business travelers, this level of hygiene and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. I wouldn't stay here again, and I'd think twice before recommending it to colleagues.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing

Our first room on the 2nd floor had a terribly moldy and musty odour. Front desk sent housekeeping to spray around the room. The shower pressure was useless and hot water took 15 minutes to get lukewarm, no pressure water. Changed rooms when we couldn’t tolerate the smell anymore. 2nd room still had a musty odour but more tolerable. Then we were awoken at 3am by maintenance to repair the AC that was working fine and we didn’t complain about. He insisted on entering the room while we were in bed, tinkered around and found nothing wrong and then left. We hardly slept and I would never stay there again at any price.

Pros: huge parking lot, large swimming pool, very close to the airport, low price. One thing I like is that even though it was close to the airport, I could not hear airplanes. There is a kiosk with food and ice cream. Clean lobby. Restaurant on site. Gas stations nearby. Shower had shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers. Ample room with great TV, microwave and fridge. Cons: Walked in my room and it had a musty smell. Carpet was dirty. Shower was very odd - one day it worked fine, then the next night there was little water pressure. One day I walked in bathroom and an earwig walked out from under the sink. I didn’t use shuttle or eat breakfast so can’t comment on those. If you’re not planning to spend much time in the hotel, and just want something to sleep in. It’s great. I spent most of my time in Houston city about 20–30 minutes away, and parked my car for $20.

We love it my kids had a lot of fun . THE Whole place was very clean 👌

Pros: The airport shuttle service is great, 24/7, and leaves the hotel every 30 minutes. Cons: No hot water. The staff is very helpful in relocating us to the Sonesta hotel 3 miles away.

Amazing

When we arrived and were getting off the car to ask where we could park, we literally stopped for 5 minute sand the hotel shuttle started to honk on us like crazy because we were on his way .. that is ridiculous and so un respectful to do that hat to customer arriving to the hotel I will never stay here again
