Check in staff was very rude. The man that sounds like a lady was very rude. The morning breakfast was ok not the best.

Room was upgraded to an apartment, however, the bathroom and kitchen needed to be cleaned. Half bath had no towel or soap and barely half of a roll of toilet tissue. Main bath was not thoroughly cleaned. Sink doesn’t drain well, no towel for the sink and shower has mildew. Fridge and stove weren’t cleaned. All night there was something banging or furniture was being dragged or something was being dropped loudly.

We stayed at the Perdana KLCC in January and i must say the location of the hotel is superb. In between the LRT and MRT transport lines for getting around the city and its suburbs. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk from Petronas Towers and the Suria shopping Mall ( Which has a great cinema in it ). The hotel team were very responsive to any concerns i had and moved me twice during my stay into upgraded rooms due to an issue with the room description from Expedia and then work being carried out at the hotel. The manageress was super professional and made our stay unforgettable in KL. Would definitely recommend this hotel and City.

Main attraction was walking distance from hotel. Food needs improvements. Not all eats the same food

Comfortable room and clean but run down property. Missing towels most days, had to call to get them. Water drain in the shower was clogged so it drained very slowly. Water could’ve been hotter.

Great staff & breakfast options! One small detail is they only provide one towels per guest & we had to request more each day.
