Honestly the best value for money by far. It was comfortable, clean and the staff was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our time at the Movenpick. I think the piece that we struggled with was the front desk as we wrote to them a few times before arrival about the shuttle service and about an extra bed for the room. And while we received responses that were positive none of them were acted upon. No shuttle at the airport until we called. No extra bed in our room until we asked again at check in. In general, once you’re there everything is great and delicious. The breakfast is amazing. But I remember looking at a yoga class and thinking: there’s yoga? Front desk never said. These would be things to consider for the front desk.

The room and stay is nice BUT the breakfast situation is a complete mess, no one shows you to a table and there was dirty tables all the time not enough staff to pick the used dishes we was disgusted when asked and i had to actually speak and say it loud that this is unacceptable when we couldn’t get a table. When actually speaking to alstaff then they cleared a table, totally disorganised

Not 5* resort,good 4 stars with varieties of breakfast,bad odours mostly every days ( stay for one week) technical problems btw very good price per night,beach well maintained,some live activities in week end .very good view from our room (residence side) Aura beach club did not respect the reservations, we end up to eat every night in Islander restaurant ( very nice staff and service), Movenpick could not compare with 5 * intercontinental resort,Anantara,AnNam in VN or Dusit Thani in Bangkok.

An excellent hotel with all the amenities. The staff were all extremely polite and professional. Everything was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Outstanding service.
