Family room was comfortable for 4 adults. Rooms were very clean and included a little kitchenette area with basic items which would have been great to use if we were staying more than 1 night. The staff was very accommodating and checked us in early.

Not enough choices for Vegetarian

Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and courteous. The little kitchen had a espresso machine, toaster and microwave, it was really handful. One thing that was very poor was that my room had no AC and I asked to turn it on and they said, they don’t really put on in April. It was extremely warm that all my chocolate melted. That part were hard because I couldn’t have a good night of sleeping.

Clear room. Staff are very friendly. The location is near the city center spots.

I had a very nice day at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was even able to do laundry for free and they gave me laundry soap. The gym was nicely appointed and I used it each day. Having the kitchenette was a huge help as a traveler. The sink and tub drain were very slow. Maintenance came quickly to attempt to fix it, although it needs further attention.

The hotel rating of 8.2 - 8.8 is accurate.

Everything was in proper order and the hotel staff did the best to make my stay memorable.
