Location very good

Pleasant staff, clean and nice apartment suites. Good service overall. Located very conveniently for my stay (attending a wedding). Highly recommend

After getting off a red-eye flight, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning feeling exhausted. Kevin greeted us with a warm smile and exceptional hospitality, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived on our first visit to Sydney. He was incredibly thoughtful and kindly stored our luggage until check-in time, while also giving us access to the gym facilities so we could freshen up after our long journey. These small gestures made a huge difference and set the tone for a wonderful stay. We travel frequently around the world, and thanks to Kevin's outstanding service, we will definitely be returning to Fraser in the future. Thank you, Kevin, for making our trip so comfortable and memorable!

Had a bit of misunderstanding as we checked in, as the person over the phone a few days before misinformed. But the check in staff did everything possible to rectify the misunderstanding and made the stay as comfortable and went out of their way. Thank you Team.

Great location & beautiful view of the city from our room.

The view and service

The place is worn and tired, and cleaning is inadequate. Finger prints on the glasses, robes were frayed, towels are really old. Car park pricing different depending on who you speak to. Lifts are excruciatingly slow and there's always one or two out of service. I moved to Meriton after 3 nights, much much better for similar price for the rest of my 2wk stay. The only thing going for the place is location.
