Staff was extremely professional. My outlet adapters were not universal. They were only for the UK Which we had just left. I was looking to purchase 1 or 2 for my husband and myself. Charging pho Es, hair curlers, etc. They let us borrow 2, Really nice not to feel nicked and died. Already feel like that with the flights.

Sana Hotel Berlin is a great to stay whether you're visiting Berlin for a single night or a longer stay. The hotel caters both single travellers, couples and families with young children. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, extremely spacious and super quiet. Buffet style breakfast was good and there was something for everyone. I would also recommend the hotel's restaurant (and particular the German meatballs) followed by a cocktail (or two) in the lobby bar. If I'm ever again in Berlin, I'm sure to book a room at Sana Hotel Berlin.

Excellent location whether on foot or by car to see the sights of Berlin. Also excellent proximity to train (U-Bahn).
Rooms were cleaned daily and always felt comfortable in our stay over the 10+ days.
Highly recommend the SANA Berlin.

We lived staying at SANA Berlin. It’s conveniently located a few blocks away from public transportation (Bus, U-Bahn); breakfast is amazing and plentiful and the facilities are spotless and modern. We travelled with young children. Could not recommend more!

Do not go to this hotel for the spa! It is tiny. There were no staff members keeping it tidy on either day we visitied. Kids screaming - despite the signs and so many towels used and not cleared up it was not a pleasant experience - especially as the photos make it look so inviting. - Don't be fooled by the photos! It really is small and not worth it. Also the pool is cold.
Lastly we stayed in room 418 and all we could smell coming for the aircon vents in the hallway just outside our room was a mixture of weed and smoke. We reported this to the front of house team but it didnt do any good.

Deluxe double room was great, shower was particularly good.
Staff were all friendly and couldn’t help you enough. Breakfast choice was great and delicious.
