很好 This hotel is in a perfect location! Central to many of the city attractions. However, our shower had half walls all the way around which caused water to flood the bathroom and we were constantly slipping. In addition, my husband got locked in the bathroom because the door jammed. We had to call maintenance to get him out. The staff was very nice and moved us to a new room the next day. So if you are put on the first floor, check that you are getting a full shower!

Outstanding central location. Very clean and and modern rooms in a historic hotel. Prosecco glass at check-in is a nice touch. Very helpful staff.

Great location, was a little concern about bedding, noise, and overall quality of room based on feedback but was pleasantly surprised with hotel. It is an old hotel, so something aren’t going to be perfect given the age but the location was perfect if you wanted to be close to major sites and restaurants.

Our first room was small, window looked onto a brick wall, hair and ants in the bathroom. Stephania at the front desk was responsive and helpful, moving us into a different, clean room. Still, that first room was the impression we left with
