Wonderful team and nice place to stay

We paid for king size bed & it wasn't king size. Our rooms ceiling sprung a leak through the night so woke up to a flooded floor in the kitchen/dining area, no compensation was offered our inconvenience.

The kitchen didn't have a cutting board, strainer, grater and the cutting knife was blunt and difficult to cut with. Apart from that it was a smooth stay.

The communication with the property was fantastic. Amy in reception made our stay pleasant, enjoyable and this will be a frequent for us based on our interaction with her. No request was too big. She even printed out a journey planner for us as we weren’t sure how to catch the transport and where. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely be back.

The room was a little tired, with the air-conditioning making strange noises, which meant it was a little cold. The balcony door wouldn't lock. The pool was good but overall I didn't feel like it was value for the money I paid.

We asked for a disability access room for wheelchair. One was not provided totally unsuitable

Nice, roomy and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Close to busway. Friendly obliging staff

The cleanest property I have stayed in for many a year. A little tired but super clean. I got a whole one bedroom apartment for a good price. Good bed. Great cafe down stairs/next door. Uber and Menulog deliver Bus station and railway station 200m away, can get to any corner of Brisbane from there. Great handy location to the PA Hospital and one stop from Mater Hospital. Pleasant staff. Good security. Noisy location but my bedroom was away from the road and double glazing on that window. Big balcony and windout windows. Would stay again

For what we expected based on other experiences with similar price point and what seemed like decent reviews, we were sorely disappointed. The bathroom wall was left dirty splattered with some brown cream Several dishes were dirty with food on them, the kitchen was not well equipped - for a 2 bdrm apartment, having a pot or pan that could cook more than 1 serve

Receptionist was very good but then the manager was not helpful at all with a simple request. Would not stay again for this reason.
