Staff at reception were all exceptionally cheerful and helpful

The staff extremely nice and helpful. Love that the hotel is centrally located and very easy to get around. We walked almost everywhere. Room was small but we were hardly in the room except to sleep. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

Great place!!

Nice hotel. Great location. All staff members were really kind and helpful. Will be back. Only negative was no air con in rooms and our visit was in a rare heatwave.

There is no AC so it makes hard to have a good sleep. Great location and friendly staff.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had. No air con so beware, rooms do get warm in summer though they provided a Dyson fan.

The Copenhagen Strand is a 10/10! Centrally located and in a very walkable part of Copenhagen. Our breakfast was included and had a huge selection of breakfast foods to start the day off right. The hotel was quiet and had a good view of the main canal. The most important factor though, for us, was as the staff. They were super helpful, friendly, and polite. We felt so welcome and valued as guests!

Strand Hotel was a great value, located within walking distance from attractions and excellent food options.

Wonderful hotel!! We will stay there again. Awesome staff, great rooms, great location.
