The room was very clean. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming Breakfast was limited but what was available was nice

Awesome breakfast, helpful staff. Great little commissary. Shuttle was good. Just wish there were more options for larger beds with bay views. Great stay

Good location. spacious and comfortable room, good breakfast. However. the linen were very worn down, especially the comforter which had loose threads hanging at many places. It didn't impact my stay but was an unnecessary irritant.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The A/C worked great and easy to control. The location, free parking and breakfast was very convenient. The only draw backs were that the towels were rough and the bed was not comfortable for a couple of people that need a medium firm bed to allow for all sleeping positions. I woke up with a sore mid back after a couple of nights. If you have a bad back, I do not recommend. Other than the towels and bed, everything else was great.

The hotel is in good location and overall the experience was good. Only issue is on carpet cleanliness. Other that that, everything is good and the breakfast has good options.

The front desk personnel were especially friendly and courteous. The shuttle to/from the airport was on time in accordance with the available schedule, making it easy to plan for a departure to remain on schedule for the scheduled departure time of the airplane.

Very nice hotel

Clean room air conditioner was cold. Staff was very nice

Great location

The rooms are very big. We had a corner room overlooking the Bay. We watched airplanes coming & going. Fun! The buffet breakfast was very good. Waffles, 2 kinds of Omlettes, fruit, muffins, croissants, yogurts and more. I would stay here again
