Amazing

Would highly recommend this stay. This hotel is beautiful, very clean, the rooms are so nice with many restaurants to choose from. Ate at the Noodles spot and had their Pho which was surprisingly very good.

Front desk offered VIp room upgrade and vip access for coffee and snacks because of Expedia

Shower floor dirty and bed was horrible. The toilet was extremely low. The elevator situation was confusing, it’s not a direct shot from room to parking garage floor. The direction signs in the place are terrible. We did not care for the restaurant selection and it would be great if servers spoke better English. We stayed at the Red Rock before and were pleased but won’t be returning!

The room was clean, we had to ask for a fridge since the one in the room is only for the mini bar. The AC didn’t work as well as we’d like due to the heat. Housekeeping did check on us every day.

Great property, has everything you need in one place!

We had a great family vacation, as the pool is one of the best in the Las Vegas area. The movie theatre, bowling, and arcade added additional activities for family. There are also incredible restaurants in the resort. The only improvements I can suggest would be to limit the cigarette smoking to one area within the casino as it was a detractor to have second hand smoke in the food court area(we avoided getting any of the great items in the food court due to the smoking nearby, despite planning to prior to arrival). The only other way to improve what was a great resort, was to have deeper cleaning on room carpets and surfaces. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would gladly stay again in the future.

Electric shocks from everything wasn’t good. Was scared to touch anything however, great room and friendly service. Would visit again.

They lost my reservation , but end it up competing me at least $300 off resort fees, free bowling, and put us at the 9th floor on a sold out busy Saturday night ! Thank you for making my birthday rememberable and making my stay amazing !
