The rooms could be a little cleaner.. There are plenty of shops and places to eat a very nearby. The train also runs on the street. The breakfast is expensive at Ibis. Usually went to a shop for coffee and pastry nearby. The hotel is on Jaffa Street very convenient to get two things. 15 minute walk to the old city.

Really enjoyed my 4 night stay here. Amazing location, excellent breakfast and a more than adequate room for a single traveler.

The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was terrific! The second night of my stay a high school group stayed at the hotel. They were making a bit of noise, so I called the front desk. The staff were supportive and took care of the problem. There was no further incidents with the students. On my last day, Nissim, at the front desk helped me get a taxi, even though he was swamped due to having a full house. He was exceptionally helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.
