It was a great location, lovely views of South bank. The apartment was very roomy and it was great to be able to have a rollaway bed added at last minute. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The windows hadn’t been cleaned as there were child’s handprints all over them and not sure it had been thoroughly vacuumed as there was glitter on bedroom carpet. It was all ok for a base while passing through Brisbane. Parking was safe and secure too.
Coffee machine would have been a great addition.
We checked in after 5pm which meant we had to call someone and then wait for a staff member to arrive to check us in. They then proceeded to check in another family, who arrived after us, first. We had to wait a long time.

The receptionist that checked us ib was amazing. The room was very dusty, we did not have a car for parking. It will be good to have at least 1 papee towel for guest. Overall Its a safe place to stay.

超讚 Great area to stay. Lots to see within walking distance. Great restaurants and cafes close by. Lady at check in went out of her way to accommodate us - very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and we will stay again!

The rooms were not very clean under surfaces, there were a lot of marks on the walls and ceiling (?). The hot water was only warm.
