They did not adjust my days and move it up by one day therefore I could not use the hotel and they charged me anyways I heard that the hotel was a dump inconsistent. The reception was rude and the service was horrible so why would I bother especially when Expedia called the Hotel and asked nicely to move me up by one day and I called reception and they said yes we have plenty of rooms no problem but somebody else had to approve it and then they didn’t honor moving my day up so they can go to hell.

Muy profesional el personal

In spite being small hotel but really we got all we need , good rooms , clean amenities. Great breakfast with variety to choose ..Will recommend to everyone

Good hotel, more like 3 star. Check in and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Paid for breakfast but it was very mediocre. It’s a 20 minute walk to the city centre.

Breakfast was very good and price/value was correct

Bastante bueno, buena atención y un excelente desayuno.

Amazing property and wonderful staff. Our hotel room was clean. The only issue was the room keys, which stopped working. The staff advised not to put them near phones as it messes with the technology in the card but we continued to have this issue and gave up. Parking situation was good too.

The room was very nice. Breakfast was great and Marina a nd the chef were very friendly. There isn't a bar so relaxing at the end of the day in the hotel isn't an option. They allow dogs and unfortunately for us there was a very noisy dog one night kept us awake til nearly midnight. We complained, the staff apologised and checked, the dog was checking out that morning. Other than that, a nice hotel.

The hotel is well kept and clean, we love the daily breakfast with good variety and choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Granada city centre and nearby to Alhambra. Our only comment is that the hotel sign needs to be lit up and more prominent. For an out of town visitors, we drove around twice before noticing the hotel.

Very good hotel, nice room and friendly staff.
