Great location near the station, staff very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were staying in Paris for 2 nights and wanted to be close to Gare du Nord. This hotel is directly across from it. Clean and had all we needed.

Unfortunately I stayed 4 days with my family. I’m 58 years old and travelled several countries, had never had experience with such a terrible hotel in my life. On June 16, 2026 my room Air Conditioning was not working at all and it was 27 degrees Celsius inside the room and I called the reception to show in the middle of night at 1:00 am, but he was helpless, then I asked him to change my room or provide me fan which he denied. Then I opened my window but couldn’t handle the Traffic and train station noise. I had to close my window and we all har sleepless night. Also the staff at the front is rude and no customer service etiquettes. The elevator very small. The rooms are pretty small too. I would not even give this hotel 1 star also. Thanks

Ease of access to the train station was a definite win. Close to lots of food options. Outside of needing proximity for travel this is not where I would personally choose to stay. It's clean but basic.

Checking in was terrible staff was rude. Only plus.. housekeeping did a great job! AC was leaking water onto the floor.

We only booked this hotel as it was one of the cheapest and easiest on the area as we had arrived at Gare Du Nord quite late with children and only needed one night I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a fancy hotel or a long stay hotel. The floors were terribly dirty so I would recommend either wear shoes or slippers when walking. The lift was extremely small so we had to do separate lift journeys, although there are stairs it would have been hard with luggage, children and prams. The room was a little spacious and does have a TV and air con (although we didn't switch it on). The beds were quite comfy and plenty of pillows which was one of the positive thing. We wouldn't stay here again unless it is last resort. The concierge was nice as he spoke English albeit not the best but knew what we wanted etc. There were a lot of shops and restaurants outside given that it was right opposite Gare Du Nord.

Great location from the train station. Easy access to the metro. Clean rooms

Location is very important to me when traveling.

Close to train station and multiple restaurants. Public transportation close by. Evening desk clerk was great. Very interesting breakfast area!
