We had an unexpected experience the night we arrived. They were overbooked and sent us 30 minutes away to a sister hotel. On our Uber bill!
Yet, the next day, they resolved the issue and we enjoyed our last two days in Denver staying at the Curtis. It is well located in downtown and the staff were very helpful. The quirky interior put a smile on your face every day.

The parking was very bad, and they charged $45 per day for parking. What they told me over the phone was very different from what they actually did in person. That’s crazy. The parking situation was terrible, and there was no customer service.
At other hotels, employees help park the cars or assist customers, but here, they didn’t help at all. It was also very difficult to find parking. Overall, I was very disappointed with the parking and the customer service.

超讚 The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The room was clean, although it was small. Location was great, within easy walking distance to the art district and many restaurants and shops. The restaurant within the hotel was very nice and convenient. Plus a 10% discount at the Starbucks around the corner was nice too!

還好 The elevators are extremely slow and the staff were not very helpful in checking in. They did not explain how to use the elevators. The water was not working properly it was hot and never cold so hot it burned. Our room nightstand had cigarette ash on it and we don't smoke. The parking garage smelt like Marijuana and the elevators smelt like ass.

很好 It was remodeled with new themes. We got a very cute room!! The WIFI was not usable. Parking cost were stupid high. Toilets are cheap, replace this one. The coffee maker is broken. Boo! The cleaning staff were super loud. Slamming all the doors. It was very inconsiderate. Otherwise pretty good.
