We had an outstanding stay at Swissotel Makkah from check-in to check-out. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and welcoming, and every member of staff we encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to help.
The location is excellent, with very convenient access to the Haram, making it easy to attend prayers throughout the day. Our room was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who were exceptional throughout our stay. They were consistently friendly, respectful, and incredibly hardworking, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring our room was spotless. Their kindness and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience.
Thank you to the entire Swissotel Makkah team for making our Umrah stay so comfortable and memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were truly wonderful! This was my first stay here, and I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for Asian Umrah and Hajj travellers.
A special thank you to Majed, who thoughtfully brought us chairs while we were waiting for our transport. His kindness was greatly appreciated, especially as I was juggling several bags, including my laundry. Small gestures like this made our stay even more pleasant.
