Very clean room, excellent staff, good breakfast, excellent ocean view.

What can I say? One of the best stays we have EVER been to. The rooms were clean and big, breakfast was awesome, much more than what we assumed it would be. We had multiple meals out on the grass area facing the ocean, it was an amazing view. The walk down to the isolated beach was the cherry on top. We will be back, hopefully for a longer stay next time, it was so wonderful and you feel like you are in a quiet world of your own.

Unfortunately when we arrived at Pismo Beach it was raining so we didn't get to enjoy all the hotels amenities as we should. The room was large and clean with a lovely view. The breakfast was good. The only problem is that there are steps everywhere to get to your accommodation which doesn't help when you have a lot of suitcases. The walk in the morning (it was sunny) was lovely, looking at all the pelicans and the ocean. Vrey restful.

Breakfast room too small. Families put their kids at one table while parents ate at another table .... not enough room for other guests. Limited variety & quality of food items.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past 8 years usually booking direct. It is dog friendly, has wonderful walking trails, an appreciated continental breakfast and clean rooms. Interestingly when I use Hotel.com or a 3rd party app (past 2 experiences), my room was noticeably substandard. Last time I was placed next to the hotel room service/cleaning room and the noise from the staff use started at 7 am on. This time we were given a pet friendly room at the end of the property and the wall air conditioner is placed 1 foot from the head of the bed. I stacked 4 pillows to defer from my head and the force of the much needed unit. Slept poorly all night. from the noisy unit and force of cooling system The room was noisy during the night from the public bathroom situated next door to the room. Not sure I'll be staying at the "Inn at the Cove" in the future.

This is a gorgeous location on the water hosting lots of wildlife. Baby seagulls and baby pelicans to just name a couple!

This is my favorite place to stay in Pismo. Views are incredible from balcony. The property has so many nooks & crannies to explore. Very romantic!. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable

This is by far my new favorite hotel. The views were exactly what I look for in an oceanfront room. The hotel staff was amazing and the rooms were clean.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and to be back soon. The staff is fantastic and very helpful.
