Very comfortable and well maintained hotel in a fabulous location, right on the waterfront, where large ships pass by. Great staff, friendly and helpful. This is how a hotel should be run! Nice outdoor pool, too.

Very clean room, with all we required. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had Happy Hour drinks and a nice meal. The outside dining/drinks area is lovely with heaters and water views. Would have loved a swim in the pool if it hadn’t been winter!

The location is great only 2 mins from light rail. It’s a walking distance to Honeysuckle and restaurants.

I love staying here when in Newcastle. The location on the waterfront but close to city restaurants is perfect. The rooms ( suites) are the best layout I have encountered, with a kitchen bench and sink, comfortable sofa and desk opening up to a well appointed bedroom with plenty of room for bags and a large en-suite with lots of bench space to hold all your bits and pieces so they don’t get lost or left behind.
