The rooms were bright, clean comfortable and quiet. Great colours. The location to explore the city was excellent. So much within walking distance. Coffee always available. Space near the breakfast area for working outside your room. The staff at the front desk were exceptional and helped my travelling companion resolve an issue. Than you!

We had an amazing stay at Citadines Canal. The staff were so friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The amenities were fantastic. We would definitely recommend family and friends staying here and would love to come back in the future.

This is a very nice hotel in a great, quiet location that is just a short walk to the major museums. The building itself has an interesting design, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful during check-in. While the room is on the smaller side, it is well laid out with a couch and plenty of practical surface space to organize your belongings.
The self-service laundry room came in clutch since I was toward the end of my trip and desperately needed to wash my clothes. Downstairs, there is a great lounge area where you can relax and have drinks, and they also provide Brita-filtered water on tap.
They offer an on-site bike rental, but as a cyclist, I found the bike was just okay and they charge a premium for it, so I would recommend renting your gear elsewhere. Overall, I loved staying here and would absolutely return or recommend it to others.

Our stay at CITADINES was great! The hotel is located on a quiet street conveniently located within walking distance to everything. The free coffee and water was a fantastic feature. Beautiful lobby area. The only issue we had was trying to find the entrance when we arrived which is located in a corridor. Otherwise everything about our stay was great.
