Room was clean but had a funny smell. Had some disturbances throughout the night. Unfortunate that the pool doesn’t open until 9am. The room thermostat wasn’t adjustable but stayed okay throughout the night. Staff was very friendly but probably wouldn’t go back.

Hotel is pretty clean. Affordable prices. No complaints

The water wasn’t hot in the shower. So unable to take showers. Did notify desk

Pool wasn't good for laps but jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was good, alot of options.

Nice play to stay, clean, good breakfast selections, pool was closed for maintenance. Close to the airport but never heard any jet noise. Close to restaurants and Walmart in you forgot something. Also freeway is close by to drive up to Milwaukee or Brewer game. Had an issue with our electronic key going bad so had to run over to front desk a few times. Overall would stay again. 👍

Upon check in, the desk worker appeared quite frazzled and rushed me to choose a shuttle time for the following morning. I later returned to the desk and same person was working. I was unable to close the remote blackout shade so I requested help. I was told to "just pull it" despite the fact that I had the remote in my hand and told her that the sheer operated properly. She repeated that I needed to just pull the shade down by hand or look for a wand. Upon returning to the room, I discovered the wire to the shade for the remote operation was broken. I was located in a first floor room, so I proceeded to pull on the shade for the next five minutes until it was completely closed. The friendly shuttle driver the following morning was the highlight of my stay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean! My kids really enjoyed the pool as well. Didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast as we had to be out by 6:30am for a dance comp and breakfast was at 7. Would stay again

Stayed for only one night but I will definitely not be going back. Pool area was way over capacity. First thing when you walk in to the service desk are 2 signs, 1. No Smoking and 2. Manager On Sight. We attempted to do some swimming but couldn’t even move in the murky nasty pool water which I took my kids out of asap. Went out to dinner and came back to our room smelling like Marijuana where the smell came mostly from the bathroom. Went to tell management to where I was told someone would call me. Never received a call that day nor an offer to move to a different room. Next morning breakfast was dry, sausage patties were rock hard and I couldn’t wait to just leave the place. I checked out and told front desk to have a manager call me. Never got a call. Called again 2 days later to advise I still hadn’t received a call from management and was told I needed to take my complain through Hotels.com

My only complaint is all the other clientele who brought kids that likely weren’t all theirs. To the pool. On a saturday in april. The ratio of kids to adults was about 7:1. And the pool area was very crowded.

Overall the stay was nice. The hotel advertises as kid friendly but we had a staff member who shut down any and everything I did with my kids. She had an attitude from the time we checked in to the time she left. The breakfast was okay. They didn’t speak or understand much English but they helped the best they could.
