This morning at 7:00 a.m., demolition and construction work began directly adjacent to our room. The noise from hammers, drills, and other construction equipment was extremely loud and made it impossible for us to rest. This situation is entirely unacceptable. At no point prior to our arrival or during the booking process were we informed that major construction work would be taking place next to our room. Had we been made aware of this, we would never have chosen to stay at your property. As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel with all of our luggage and wait outside for hours because our transportation had been arranged for later in the day. We have video recordings clearly the construction activity and the level of noise experienced from our room.

This property is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms are small with very little comfort. One small pillow. Broken locks with old fashion keys that rarely work. 25 steps to the second floor and another 20 steps to the 3rd floor. Surrounding area is extremely loud between 11 pm and 0330 am. Very minimal. Great location. Staff is only there to clean. Extremely old building.

Great location and very nice staff with very comfortable beds and an amazing price. The rooms were falling apart, the wall paint was cracking due to water damage. The bathrooms were nice but oddly often out of toilet paper. It is also NOT handicap accessible, the stairs were very hard to get up. The reception is weird hours, one day they’re open most of the night and the next they aren’t open until very late. This place is fine and would stay again if I had to but it would not be my first choice.

Good location, but very loud both outside and inside of the hostel. The main issue I found was the guest staying there at the same time were very inconsiderate, many of the other guests were loud past the quiet hours listed (stomping around and yelling and loudly talking until 3-4 am) and were not clean which made sharing a bathroom very unpleasant. The bathrooms are in poor condition with mold and water damage everywhere, it’s fairly cheep per night and is close to a lot of things but I wouldn’t recommend.

This was the worst experience I could imagine and I didn't even stay there. After no one answered the phone on different times on different days, we showed up at check in time (4pm). The receptionist was unable or unwilling to help us despite our reservation and prepayment we showed her. She had us wait almost 2 hours before deciding that the only way we could proceed was to wait for her boss and pay for an entirely new room. She blamed Expedia for not inputting us into her system and we were never given a refund from either company. Trust me: do not entertain this booking

Very poor place, never visit.. Money greedy people no empathy for guest..

It was a great location to walk around the shops, restaurants and bars nearby!
